This is what sacred harmony did for me.
From 2020 to 2024, I was living in the shadow of traumatic postpartum. My mind and hands were always full, and the pinnacle of my weekly self-care was managing to take a shower. Outwardly, I was "functioning"—going to work, tending to my children, going through the days—but inwardly, I was far from thriving. I felt unfulfilled, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode.
